| Description: | A large percentage of deep cell wet lead acid batteries that lose strength, have to be refurbished or simply discarded. This is due to the formation of sulfation on the lead and soft lead plates. A chemical reaction within the battery's charging and discharging cycles causes this to happen. The process speeds up due to no, or poor, maintenance and the use of tap water and all its impurities added to the cells. Similar to the hardening of arteries in a person, the passages of electrical current is slowed down or even stopped in each cell, so you only have a couple of choices. Rebuild (if you can, such as a forklift type battery) or replace (especially in cases of a series of batteries). Now there is a better choice and we even guaranty it. |
